  6. IP/MPLS, VLAN, BGP, and OSPF configuration and troubleshooting on Nokia platforms.
  7. Cutover planning, execution, and post-migration validation.
  8. Coordination with NOC, transport, and RAN teams during live network changes.
  9. Completing MOPs, as-builts, and site close-out documentation.
  10. Troubleshooting transport alarms, fibre degradation, and backhaul connectivity issues.
  11. Supporting CRAN/DRAN hub site builds and spoke site configurations.
  12. Executing script generation and deployment using tools such as Pronghorn, NSP, or equivalent.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3+ years of Nokia transport router field integration experience.
  2. Hands-on experience commissioning Nokia 7250 IXR-e, 7705 SAR, or 7750 SR routers — essential.
  3. Strong CLI skills with TiMOS/SR OS command line proficiency.
  4. Knowledge of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, and ISIS protocols.
  5. Understanding of dark fibre, fronthaul, and backhaul concepts including CPRI/eCPRI.
  6. VPLS and carrier aggregation experience preferred.
  7. Experience performing cutovers and traffic migration on live networks.
  8. Fibre optic testing and troubleshooting experience (OTDR, SFPs).
  9. Experience working on Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile networks preferred.
  10. Ability to read and execute detailed MOPs independently.
  11. OSHA 10/30 certified.
  12. CCNA/CCNP or Nokia NRS I/II certification preferred.
  13. Valid driving licence — travel across Florida required.

What We Offer

  1. Competitive compensation based on experience.
  2. Long-term engagement on major telecom network deployment projects.
  3. Opportunity to work with advanced Nokia transport and IP/MPLS infrastructure.
  4. Collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting large-scale carrier network operations.
