About the Role

Techner is seeking an experienced Field Integration Engineer with strong hands-on Ericsson OEM experience to support wireless network deployment and integration activities in the Jacksonville, FL area.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Ericsson wireless equipment.
  2. Support LTE and 5G deployment, upgrade, and modernization activities.
  3. Execute software loading, script execution, alarm clearance, and site validation.
  4. Integrate Ericsson RBS, AIR radios, and Baseband equipment.
  5. Perform post-integration testing, troubleshooting, and site acceptance activities.
  6. Coordinate with RF, NOC, and deployment teams during implementation activities.


Requirements

  1. Minimum 2–3 years of Ericsson field integration experience.
  2. Hands-on experience with Ericsson RBS, AIR radios, Baseband, eNodeB, and gNodeB integration.
  3. Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and alarm handling on LTE/5G networks.
  4. Familiarity with Ericsson OSS / ENM, SecureCRT, and Putty tools.
  5. Ability to work independently in live network environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
  6. Willingness to work onsite and travel locally as required.
