Telecom Design Engineers

Location: Remote – Pakistan Based Only

Working Hours: UK Shift (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We're hiring a skilled Telecom Design Engineer to join a fast-growing team delivering UK telecom network rollout projects. This is a great opportunity for an experienced RAN design professional to work on telecom network design and delivery projects and grow within an international engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Produce and update Detailed Design (DD) packages based on survey data, site inputs, and client specifications
2. Prepare and review site design drawings — layouts, schematics, GA drawings, and As-Built documentation
3. Ensure full compliance with UK operator standards, planning regulations, and Health & Safety requirements
4. Interpret site survey reports and translate them into structured engineering designs
5. Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and construction teams to resolve design queries
6. Maintain document control and design accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
7. Support design approvals, QA, and document control

Must-Have Requirements:

1. Must have 8–12 years of hands-on telecom design experience in RAN projects.
2. Strong AutoCAD expertise, along with MS Office and telecom documentation tools.
3. Must have proven experience in Detailed Design (DD), Redlines, and As-Built documentation.
4. Strong understanding of UK telecom rollout processes and operator standards
5. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
6. Strong document control discipline and attention to detail.
7. Good English communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
