About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Back-Office RAN Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Ericsson RAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) to support network integration, configuration, and datafill preparation for live telecom networks. This is a non-field, BO-based engineering role focused on remote integration, ENM operations, CM activities, and performance validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform remote integration of Ericsson RBS / Baseband nodes (2G/3G/4G/5G).
  2. Prepare and execute datafill, integration scripts, and parameter updates.
  3. Create and validate integration XMLs, neighbor definitions, and site templates.
  4. Manage activities through Ericsson ENM / OSS-RC platforms.
  5. Support feature activation, software upgrades, and license application.
  6. Conduct parameter audits, troubleshooting, rollback, and corrective actions.
  7. Coordinate with field teams during on-air activities, alarms, health checks, and acceptance.
  8. Provide L2/L3 BO support to planning and operations teams.
  9. Ensure compliance with Ericsson standards and project KPIs.

Requirements:

  1. Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN technologies (RBS 6000 family, Baseband, Radio Units)
  2. Proficiency in ENM / OSS-RC / WNCS
  3. Expertise in RAN datafill, CM/PM/FM workflows
  4. Experience with XML scripting, integrations, and network parameter planning
  5. Good understanding of 2G/3G/LTE/NR architecture
  6. Ability to troubleshoot remote integration failures and site KPIs
  7. Familiarity with Ericsson integration tools, MML commands

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electrical/Computer Engineering
  2. Experience in BO integration for major telecom operators
  3. Experience with network swaps, new site integrations, and RAN expansions
  4. Multi-vendor exposure (Huawei/Nokia) is a plus, but Ericsson proficiency is mandatory
