About the Role:

We are hiring a Customer Project Manager (CPM) with hands-on experience in T-Mobile (Magenta) build projects and strong project management expertise across site acquisition, construction, integration, and optimization.

As a CPM, you will lead cross-functional teams, engage directly with customers, and ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary customer interface, providing daily updates and managing expectations.
  2. Define, manage, and track scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and resources.
  3. Use and update Nokia Site Tracker to forecast and report project progress.
  4. Manage cross-functional teams including leasing, zoning, A&E, construction, integration, and optimization.
  5. Develop and deliver progress reports, documentation, and presentations.
  6. Identify and resolve project conflicts, risks, and scope changes.
  7. Conduct project reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
  8. Ensure compliance with Nokia Information Security policies (ISO27001/ISMS).

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years telecom project management experience (site acquisition, construction, integration, optimization).
  2. Mandatory: Previous T-Mobile (Magenta) build experience.
  3. Mandatory: OSHA 10 Certification (must be completed before start).
  4. Strong knowledge of project management principles and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Effective communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  6. Solid financial knowledge: budgeting, margin, invoicing, revenue recognition.
  7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  8. Strong decision-making, adaptability, and work ethic.
  9. Preferred: PMP Certification.
