About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Telecom Design Engineer with hands-on experience in preparing As-Built drawings and comprehensive site design documentation, including layouts, schematics, GA/ECNIRP drawings, and related deliverables. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and have practical exposure to telecom sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and review As-Built drawings, site layouts, schematics, GA/ECNIRP drawings, and documentation.
  2. Ensure designs comply with telecom standards, client specifications, and health & safety requirements.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to resolve design queries and provide technical input on optimisation and cost-effective solutions.
  4. Support design approvals, document control, and quality checks.


Requirements:

  1. Must-have: Hands-on design experience for both active and passive telecom elements.
  2. Hands-on experience in preparing As-Built drawings and site design documentation.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  4. 7–10 years of telecom design experience in mobile networks.
  5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/documentation tools.
  6. Knowledge of telecom infrastructure: towers, shelters, power, fibre, transmission.
  7. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent English communication.


Preferred Experience:

  1. Familiarity with UK telecom design standards and approvals.
  2. Experience supporting mobile network rollout or upgrade projects.
