Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong focus on LinkedIn to enhance Techner’s digital presence. The role requires a blend of strategy, content creation, and design capability to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute LinkedIn-focused social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
  2. Create engaging content including posts, articles, graphics, and short-form videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
  3. Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, driving meaningful engagement
  4. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all content
  5. Monitor performance using LinkedIn Analytics and similar tools, optimising content for reach and engagement
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals
  8. Support and manage website content updates through CMS platforms such as WordPress

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma) and basic video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
  4. Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking to drive content optimisation
  5. Familiarity with website/content management systems
  6. Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content and grow digital presence
  7. Basic understanding of business development and brand positioning is an advantage
  8. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote, GMT-aligned setup
